Remade Ruins is a future cultural heritage oasis in the magical Black south [a modern ranch where live events will be hosted] where beautiful dwellings live, delicious foods grow, and creative spaces thrive. Our intentions are radical. Radical is defined as a complete change often extreme and progressive. Black joy and rest is a complete change from Black pain and struggle. Black arts and agriculture education is a complete change from little to no access to the creative and performing arts and living in food deserts in the state of Mississippi. Black innovation is a complete change from the uncredited Black ideas and environmental solutions that have greatly contributed to the wealth and health of the South. Black liberation is a complete change from oppressive and racialized history. Black joy and rest, arts and agriculture, innovation, and liberation are our intentions for radical racial, social, and environmental justice for a more just future.
